Bit of traffic noise

The property was excellent , clean and very comfortable. We have stayed in quite a few cottages and this is the best yet .Chris had left eggs ( from his chickens) biscuits , milk and tea/ coffee for our arrival . And very nice they all were. Chris was extremely helpful and friendly without bothering us at all . Will definitely stay again

Not very much would improve or stay . In the country side but 2 minutes from everything you would need . Shops pubs ets

Cottage was clean comfortable cosy.

Lovely little place. Out in the country side. Very clean.

Size of the rooms and good design. Well furnished. Well thought out. The best from over a dozen stayed in over the last 3 months.

More power on the shower would be ideal, Bbt as a shower cubicle it was great and had piping hot water always available.

I loved the location, very quiet, homely, spacious, neat. Exactly what we were expecting. We loved our stay here as we were doing touristy stuff in York. Only 20 mins scenic drive. Also, we found some treats at the house 😋

Nothing.. loved it all. Wait a second, almost struggled to find the location but nailed it on the second attempt. It's not a negative. To be fair, the directions were clear in the app. Really, some people are great with maps. Me? Not.
