Large room, animal friendly staff helpful and friendly.

Its was very clean, staff were helpful and location was perfect

Room was too warm.

Great breakfast

The AC wasnt working. Only the Fan Mode was working. It wasnt too hot so leaving the window open was enough. But during peak summer it wont be sufficient as the window open only very little.

The Staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the room faced the main road. It was quiet in the room. Theconly noise was from the music in the bar below, but that stopped at a reasonable time. The breakfast was tasty. No complaints really. Would definitely stay again, especially as there was free parking and it is on the bus route into Brighton. Thank you.

The service at breakfast was a bit slow, but wasn't a real issue. We thought there would be a continental self service option as well. But the breakfast was enough for us. Had trouble getting on the wifi but it had just been upgraded that day.

Bus stop right outside made travelling into the City very easy. Breakfast choice was great and the quality of the food was excellent.

The room was overly hot even with the window open!
