"Rooms are nice, pool was closed"

Rooms are clean and very nice.

The pool was closed and we had our 4 grandkids with that were looking forward to swimming. No prior notification. The side door did not lock.. I had another guest mention he seen a dude checking doors on the first floor. Shower head kept sliding down

"Decent."

Room was comfortable and clean. One of the tv’s in our room didn’t work but the new GM came up right away and couldn’t fix but as soon as his maintenance guy came in he came up and fixed it in two minutes! Very impressed with the new GM!

Big event going on in the conference center so no parking for actual hotel guests, kids running wild in the hallways from the event, not staying at the hotel!

"Too pricey for seniors. It was good location for us to attend an event for great-grandchild."

The breakfast was fine and coffee was good. The people servicing it did a nice job.

Bathroom and shower too small. Need more convenient towel racks. Would have been nice to have two bathrooms in a two bedroom accommodation.

"Clean but couldn’t pull out the sofa sleeper!"

It’s clean. Great area.

My husband had to use a quarter to tighten the toilet seat. It was VERY LOOSE! Also, my sister used the sofa sleeper. She couldn’t get it to pull out! My husband was sleeping already. So she slept on the couch.

"This place seems to have fell off"

The location was nice,

It was dirty. There was something sticky underneath the couch on one side. Then the toilet backed up. It made me wonder if the sticky stuff wasn’t from the last people backing up the toilet. The lighting was bad and like fluorescent as well which I really don’t find comforting or cozy in the least.

The rear entrance is very dirty and the elevator flooring should be replaced.
