"Disappointed, loud when furnace/air kicked on."

No hangers in closet. Had to call for shower curtain when we arrived in our room and we had already unpacked and the young man at the front wanted to move us to another room. Dirty bathroom, needs a lot of updating. Office chair is a disaster, falling apart. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to even sit on.

Location

The keys don’t work !!!! 5 times I needed keys 5 times 215. I travel a lot. Your place is run down and worn out! Tried to cancel and leave - not allowed! Seriously not allowed! I’ll never stay again. 1 star is too high

The area around was a good spot to be in for the hotel.

We switched rooms three times. The first two was because the pull out bed we needed to use one stained and the other one ripped up the cover wasn’t on it because it was broken at the zipper. It was horrible and was not cleaned what so ever.
