"Great staff"

The staff was wonderful, especially the shuttle drivers.

The facility was a bit rundown. Also, the bathroom was outdated. No walk in shower.

"stay was convenient as it allowed me stay closer to the family I was visiting in lakeville."

Ample and convenient parking

One of the male staff members was extremely rude when requesting room service to deliver the towels. Literally shooed me off with his hand gesture.
