"For what I paid with the parking I could have paid in a hotel. The parking fees are out of the hosts control."

Cleanliness

The fact that you have to pay an extortionate amount of money to park in the carpark opposite AND YOU HAVE to leave the car park by 0700 or you will be fined !:(

Lovely clean room and facilities.

The room was quite small but that is our only criticism. It was big enough for the two of us for two nights.

The room was good. Lovely and clean. Spacious. It was just TOO hot and when I opened the window to the noise of the fan was too much. Good for a quick stopover. one night max really.

We had a wonderful short stay at Lymm Living. It was exceptionally clean, bright, and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming manager. Fabulous spot for walks and easy access to so many great eateries. We parked the car up by the dam, 5mins walk away.
