Although the room was immaculately clean and shower nice.

The property was on the side of a very busy road and opposite a junction and my room was less than 10ft away from the road. The constant traffic was very disturbing and I couldn't have the windows because of the noise. When I arrived, the room was unbearably hot because it is southwest facing and there is no air conditioning or even fan to cool it. As a result, I didn't sleep well.

A lovely room for the night, a short walk from Lymm center for food/drink options. A walk around the Dam compliments the area well, finishing with a coffee from the pop-up van. Parking is available at various places in Lymm as directly out the front of the property was full.

An amazingly couple of nights in a fantastic little village friendly people. The owner keeps out of the way, but I did need to contact her, and what a fantastic and helpful person. Top marks all round. parking in the pub carpark (the crown) is not an issue. The landlord was more than happy to let me park up. I just bought a meal and a couple of pints
