I liked the facilities and the provision of all that was needed.

The curtain was off two hooks -otherwise all was good.

We loved this accommodation! We were visiting Lymm for one night and couldn't have been happier. The building feels band new, it is neatly decorated and the room was everything we needed. We didn't see any othee guests jn the accommodation during our stay despite there being 6 rooms. The shared kitchen was excellent, and we were able to make a good dinner- even though we were very tempted by pub 500m down the road. The location is perfect for getting intonthe town centre and joining the trans pennine way/canael. A bit of random one but the towels smelt very nice too!

Our room was on the road side and was pretty noisy at night- recommend bringing ear plugs if you end up in room 6. Very hot room- we had the fan on and windows open all night and were still warm- won't be an issue in cooler months.

Modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable
