Everything was expected and provided, bed was extremely comfortable

The pictures and room decorations were lovely to look at. Everything looked super fresh and clean. Heating was easy to use and super. Quiet location. TV on the wall.

The room was smaller than I expected. Parking.

Thank you for the coffee. It would have been nice to have had cups!!

Not a thing to like, the worst place I ever visited

At the check there were working girls sitting on the stairs at reception with a young child. There was no privacy at the reception desk when I checked in. The corridors were full of bits of food & dust. My door was very heavy & I had to get help to open it. I was given 1 paper cup, coffee satchets, tea bags, sugar & wooden stirrers with 2 small satchets of milk. I asked for a hand towel as I was given a floor mat to use as a hand towel, disgusting. Around the bath & shower were disgusting I have never seen so much dirty grime, its filthy. The floors were so dirty especially under the bed. There was litter & thick dust under my bed, looked like it had been there awhile. I am allergic to dust mites so there was no way I could of stayed in my room. I certainly couldnt have a shower there it was filthy. Also the bed felt rock hard when I sat on it, not a nice experience. I could of got alot better & cleaner room for much less price. I travelled with my sister & her room was the same. We didn't stay there we checked out after 3hrs, waste of £68. I do not recommend this dirty motel to anyone not even a dog.
