The location is nice and convenient.

The staff are a bit not nice and not trying to communicate with English speakers. I'm asian so the staff treat me not so nice. And the room is a little bit small especially the bathroom. And the room not sound proof enough to be private.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen were quite clean. The location was good.

Everything was ok. You have to pay extra if you want to leave your luggage for few hours after the check out.

The lovely woman working when I checked in was very kind and let me move beds to a lower bunk after one night. She moved me sheets herself, she also let me use the washing machine free, and she was very friendly. Everything was clean.

Nice Hostel, very clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff (24h). You are allowed to use a big kitchen with every necessary cooking utensils. There is also a nice terrace and a private safe and inclusive parking area. The bathroom in the double room was a bit small but all in all everything was fine. Located in the city centre in a quit street, near to a supermarket. There are mosquito nets on the window, so you can sleep with open windows.

We asked for the fan because it was way too hot that night while the room is designed for snow weather. I texted the lady "heyy..." And she got mad at me cuz she think saying "heyy" is rude ?!?!? Feel like im begging them to stay for free. The bed is super hard and small too (probably just 1.5m for double bed, and the small bed is just like sitting on wood). Wanted to use kitchen but the atmosphere made me feel like im in boarding school, every steps of mine is watched. Not coming back for sure.

Great facilities provided by the hostel such as kitchen, laundry, fridge etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Strong wifi too.

Could be better if there is a floor mat outside the shower room / toilet as it could be slippery after shower. The sun is facing my room all day long start from 4.30am - 8pm. The window shading doesn't help much. It is stuffy and hot during my stay in summer. Fan is provided however due to extreme hot air it doesn't cool the temperature.
