The location of the hostel is excellent, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby.

However, my experience was disappointing in terms of organization and communication. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked was unavailable, despite the booking being confirmed online and the room showing as available for my dates. This was very confusing and frustrating, especially since I had already traveled to the hostel. I had to wait for two hours for another room to be prepared, which was not the room I originally booked. This really upset me and negatively impacted my first impression. That said, the alternative room I was given was clean, and the hostel has a small kitchen downstairs, which is a nice touch. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the management of bookings left much to be desired. Would recommend only if you're prepared for potential booking issues.

I will high recommend this abay hostel..even poor in English people to assist you but they are soo kind and I really love the place...very convenient place..I will comeback this place again..

One of the best hostels I've been to. The rooms are very comfortable, warm (it was cold outside in mid October), each bed has a light and socket and curtains, lockers, helpful nice staff, can leave luggage before/after checking with no extra fee, can use washing machine for free, many showers&toilets, big kitchen. The location is not so close to the sights, but close to metro, + group tour started nearby at 6am which was very convenient, + many shops/cafes around.

Great location, able to check in late as it has a 24hr desk, friendly and welcoming staff. Room was big, bright, airy and peaceful. Also left toothbrushes etc which we were thankful for. We were able to park in the secure grounds for 1000. The showers and toilets were clean and no waiting times. There is a washing machine and large kitchen on site but we didn’t use them. We would stay again.

I booked a single room, but the private bathroom was extremely narrow and terrible. I could hear people in the next room talking all the time, which disturbed my sleep. When communicating in English, the staff made no effort to help or answer any questions. There’s a rule to take off your shoes, and some staff act as if they’re constantly monitoring guests, which is really annoying. I do not recommend this hostel.
