Good size room for the price. Good location. Nice light and comfy beds.

The room was advertised with AC, which is why we selected it in the first place as it was going to be 38° in Almaty. Upon check in, the room had no AC, and as it was on the last floor, it retained all the heat from the sun, the heat was just unbearable in the room. Didn't get much help from the receptionist, apart from a fan, which helped very little. Don't advertise AC if there's none. We also got bedbugs... That's unfortunate and can happen anywhere, but it just added up to the frustration. We didn't want to stay longer and checked out after that horrible first night (the receptionist refunded us after we explained why we were leaving, which was appreciated).

all is good. No doubt that we will come back from this hotel.

The bed sank the moment i slept. The bathroom was like a tiny store room, you could barely move around or even sit on the toilet bowl.

Location is near Alatau metro, public transpo, mall, 24-hour library, restos & a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very clean accommodations with reasonable rates.

The location of the hotel was great. There were markets, a shopping mall, and a metro station nearby. There were also various restaurants where you could eat. I really liked it from this perspective.

The staff didn’t speak English, which made things quite difficult. The receptionist woman was not friendly or helpful at all.The kitchen counter and utensils were clean, but the kitchen furniture was not clean at all.The bed sheets were clean but the room was cleaned with dirty towels, which unfortunately does not provide adequate hygiene. Other than that, I stayed for 5 days, and when my bed linens got dirty, I asked the reception to change them. However, She didn’t replace the sheets and didn’t seem willing to help either. The bathroom in my room was also very small and not practical. The staff talking very noisy in the public area while I was in the online meeting. Also, When I wanted to stay for 1 more day, she said the room was reserved, you can't stay, but the room was not reserved and was empty. After all this negativity, I left the facility.

Nice and clean, great position near buses, metro and shops. If you like your own company and don't expect people to be friendly it's good, (I was the only westerner) Negatives 1. It was far to hot inside the rooms 2. Staff not helpful or friendly, took my money gave me the key and that was it. 3. Watch younger girl on desk she tries to get extra money out of you. 4 staff live in the same room which isn't fair on everyone.

That it’s Strange that Local Stay in hostel and People there don’t interact with each other they don’t talk and their behaviour is Kinna rude which I don’t like
