Environmental was pleasant

The food and the staff were not really up to standard. They were kind in general tried their best but to attract international community they might be more enthusiastic.

The camp borders the Amboseli park, separated only by a fence. It was awesome to sit out on our porch at night with a clear view of Kilimanjaro. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were nice, comfortable and provided plenty of room, plus warm shower water! The restaurant was excellent, from the food to the staff. The selections were plentiful and tasty. The chef was very engaging, making sure we all enjoyed our meals and had plenty. There was a great selection of fresh fruit and desserts. We arrived late due to traffic and missed the dinner, but the staff made it up to us with a to-go lunch on the day we left.

Our welcome could have been a little warmer. The front desk clerk wasn't rude or discourteous, just "doing his job." We arrived somewhat late, after dinner, so maybe he was simply worn out. The rest of the staff was quite friendly and welcoming. It would have been nice to have a bigger supply of drinking water available in the tents. The monkeys on the compound could be a bit aggressive, but there's not much that can be done about that - they were there first.

we had an amazing time at the camp/hotel The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. they are very happy and warm! Everyone in the group was fully satisfied! The view of mt Kilimanjaro from the campsite was spectacular!

The staff at Sentrim is super friendly and really helpful. The food is great too, and the beds are very comfortable. We also liked the fact you can have lunch until 3pm, which is convenient if your morning safari runs late, as you can't schedule when wildlife decides to show up. Perfect place to stay to visit Amboseli park.

Super friendly staff, nice pool, very close to Kimana Gate.

Be aware that you need to bring your own drinking water for the day safaris. The restaurant offers water to buy or consume at the restaurant, but not for filling off into your drinking container. Or you cook it off in your tent, which is what we did.

The camp have a nice and clean swimming pool with the bar. Also nice view of Mount Kilimanjaro

The full pension doesn’t include water and you need to pay extra for it at every meal. The food was ok. The nest on the tent looked old and had little holes.
