The staff were really lovely and helpful. The accommodation was quite rustic but gave the Safari vibe .

Even when speaking quietly the neighbours could always be heard in the evening in the accommodation tents. Very low water pressure for shower although it was hot which was lovely. Staff were nice but we felt the expectations to tip in every situation

Very poor value for money- facilities are quite run down, dirty, and just overall the property felt very much not taken care of. Pictures in our Booking were much nicer than reality- which was more 1-2 stars max- than the 4 shown on Booking. Dirty pool, no electricity for most of the day (how does a lodge with frequent power cuts not have a full backup??), very poor breakfast and an extremely basic room- for more then $300 a night which is shocking.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The accommodation and food was really nice.

The buffet for the meals was excellent with lots of choice. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely swimming pool and a look-out point for Kilimanjaro. The tent is very comfortable and different from a standard hotel room. Rooms are kitted out with hairdryer, kettle and small fridge.

It would be really good to be able to fill up your water bottle at breakfast. You have to buy all your water, and with the heat and dust, you need more water than usual.

The food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. They were very helpful and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for.

My shower didn’t drain well.

The property has no guard wall, have some risk at night
