- big spacious room - comfortable bed - warm quilt for sleeping - hair dryer - soap and body wash gel - very warm water - well designed - there is a safe for personal belongings

- personeel is very slowly thinking, not understanding basic queries, hard to clearly communicate with them - drinks are paid additionally -some of the foods cold in the morning breakfast

The staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly. The food was very good and the proximity to Amboseli National Park was very convenient.

The room was advertised as having a mountain view but we had to walk to the viewpoint 5 minutes away for a view of Kilimanjaro.
