The Birches with Hot Tub

It was very clean and comfortable ,the hot tub was amazing,there was even a Christmas tree which gave an excellent extra touch .

The plug in the bathroom sink was very hard to budge and one of the window blinds didn’t have the stick to open and shut.

Wifi was terrible Could be a little cleaner (kettle needed descaled, small stains on bedsheets)

The Lodge was spacious and clean

Speed bump outside Lodge was very raised yet ground was sunken. No matter how carefully and slowly it still banged the bottom of the car

Property was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing just hadn’t been cleaned properly but was refunded a cleaning fee would defos recommend 😃

Cleaning was poor

The property was lovely and clean, we where given very easy to follow instructions on how to locate it and it was perfect for if you don’t drive as there is a bus stop right at the entrance to the holiday park with busses going to York, Pocklington, hull etc

The only downside is there where no cleaning products on hand that we could use to keep on top of things whilst we where there for our 3 day stay

Fabulous place and very good value for money. Would go again.

There were only two things that could have improved the stay. Firstly, more towels to be provided since just having one small towel each was not enough. Secondly, only 2 flimsy small bin bags were left to use and 1 dishwasher tablet. This was not sufficient for the amount of days we were there.

Location is safe

No facilities for kids in the area

The location was lovely a quiet and peaceful and pretty we loved the hot tub every relaxing and chilled we had everything we needed! It was great will definitely be returning in future but for a longer weekend 😁

There was nothing we did not like! 👍
