noise from the neighbouring rooms... people at the pool talking can be heard very well in the room.

Big size apartment with basic decor

I had to wait 20 mins to check out because nobody was at the office. Another couple had waited 20 mins before that. Middle of a built up area so quite noisy.

Location, was prefect, staff very friendly

The hot water and all water stopped in the middle of my shower, so all covered in soap I had to go in a towel to find staff. The shower was so small because of the placement of shower head, you couldn’t move with getting hair wet ( not all woman want wet hair ) Shower head to high for short guests No hand towel to dry hands in bathroom or kitchen Ants got into anything left out, all over bench No pool towels in room, so having to go ask staff for a pool towel in swimmers, was a little embarrassing. After telling staff on multiple occasions we were checking early at …. Time. Come that time no staff around and so got held up 15 min trying to get answers on were to leave keys.
