Free shuttles are available from Kintetsu Toba Train Station every 30 minutes between 08:45-11:45 and 12:30-18:00. A reservation is not needed. Please call the hotel directly if you arrive at the station after 18:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Comfortable room, nice onsen, helpfull staff

A big downside was the lack of good dinner and breakfast options - only pre-booked sets with very limited selection and inconvenient booking times. Plus, no restaurants within walking distance, so we really struggled with food.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hotel precioso con un personal muy amable. Desayuno y cena deliciosa con una presentación y calidad extraordinarias. Tiene una smoking room con vistas a un jardín japones precioso. Onsen con instalaciones al aire libre y con unas aguas perladas muy beneficiosa para la piel.
