Magnolia House Guest Accommodation

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and the host Leonie was great with the communication prior to our arrival.

The property was described as a one bedroom apartment so we did assume that we would all be in the same bedroom but this did not affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia House. The rooms are very spacious, clean, it had a fridge and we could make coffee and tea after a long walk. The bathroom was also very big, with toileteries and soft towels provided. The location is perfect for walking the coast path, as well as visiting the lovely town of Falmouth. Very well connected to the train and bus, just a few minutes walking. And Leonie is a wonderful, kind and very accomodation host. Communication was fast and she went out of here way to make us feel at home and welcome. She even collected our luggage in Penzance, that was left there after a miscommunication, so we did not have to go back wich would have cost us a lot of valuable vacation hours. Highly recommended!

It was lovely and clean. The host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was easy to manage and we loved the fresh butter and jam.

Only small downside was on street parking- we were aware of this when we booked though.

The property was comfortable, clean and tidy. The owners were always wiling to help. Breakfast was excellent. All round made for a welcome stay.

We loved EVERYTHING! The rooms were amazing, nice big window at the from for light, but with trees that give you that privacy from the street too. The attention to detail about the guests were excellent, the breakfast basket was nice, nice local bread, bread jam and honey, the best hot cross buns (as it was Easter weekend) and they knew we had little ones so a bag of chocolates which went down really well! We couldn’t recommend this place more! Also leonie..the owner and lady who greeted us was in constant contact throughout our travels and honestly couldn’t have made us feel anymore safe and welcome if she tried.

Lovely host, couldn’t do more for us. The flat had everything we needed including comfy beds, a fridge, microwave, toiletries etc. and a bonus of a breakfast! We were really impressed.

There was nothing not to like, particularly for the price between 3 of us.
