The room was okay. Had whole of ground floor including separate bathroom. Hostess was very friendly, made us feel very welcome.

Very little parking. Had to park some way away. Okay for overnight but probably not that suitable for long stay. Would recommend that some of the furnishing and fittings are in need of an upgrade.

Leonie is an exceptional host! She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the dogs are adorable! We were travelling for a wedding, and Leonie was very helpful with directions to find the property and accommodated our late arrival. The croissants were absolutely divine, and the kids were thrilled with their breakfast options. Leonie is such a caring and attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is beautiful, and in an ideal location, with plenty of amenities within a short distance. I cannot recommend Magnolia Guest House enough! Thank you for making our stay as stress free as possible Leonie, you're an absolute star!

We had a lovely stay!

This stay was excellent, the owner is lovely, the rooms spacious and private. The owner provided lots of information ahead of time, parking easily found close by and free. Located close to everything, a really great value place to stay. We will definitely be back, thanks Leonie! Oh and forgot the lovely croissants provided

The landlady was super friendly and was able to give us travel tips. The rooms and bathroom were very nicely decorated. The crossants were delicious. Breakfast was provided by the landlady in the refrigerator. The landlady did the dishes for us.

The apartment was on the ground floor and was connected to the apartment on the upper floor (landlord) by a hallway with a shared front door. Unfortunately there was no real kitchen, just a microwave and a small refrigerator in the living room/bedroom.

The host (Leonie) was so very welcoming. She kept in touch with me ahead of my booking and on the day with very helpful information. She's a very lovely, welcoming host. I would definitely stay again

Nothing - it was perfect!

Just lovely and brought us a pot of tea after our very stressful journey to bring son to uni . Whole bottom floor of property was ours and all lovely and welcoming as was our host .
