Very friendly hosts who couldn't do more for you. The location is very handy also to visit Falmouth.

Leonie prepared few items for breakfast, more notably a fruit salad, croissants etc., just enough to start a day...

The only (minor) problem worth mentioning is only one bathroom & toilet available for the whole group of 4 people BUT it has no effect whatsoever on the fact that this accommodation is a good value for money.

The decor was so cluttered and really needs a good refresh, the bed was so soft. The tv was old style. There was too much unnecessary stuff in the room so felt dirty.. sorry as the host was so lovely.

Everything offered for breakfast was fantastic and the choice of eco-friendly toiletries was exemplary...some so good, we asked for the supplier details. Host was exceptionally warm and welcoming -she really made the start to our family celebrations. Wonderful to find a place where the owners are truly passionate and approachable. You definitely feel that you are part of a home and not a business, whilst your privacy is respected. We would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Bedroom is a little light. Eye masks are provided, just personal preference but would not deter me from staying again.

We stayed here for one night. Leonie was super nice and we had a pleasant welcome. The interior is well decorated with a focus on sustainability. We also liked the breakfast. We would come back.
