Magnolia House Guest Accommodation

The hosts were friendly and welcoming and provided very good communication. The accommodation was spacious and we were provided with everything we needed for the stay

Living hall converted to room can only accommodate 4 adults at most so Booking. com shld correct this info. Kitchen is only available if all 3 rooms in house are booked. Breakfast is diy milk, some croissants & cereals w tea/coffee.

Kitchen is only available if all 3 rooms in the hse is rented. Heating was extended 24 hrs only upon request as host said it’s normally off from 11pm to 5am.

lovely house right near centre of Falmouth, with bright, fresh decor. Leonie is incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t have made our stay more relaxed.

It was lovely but the bed in the main room was a little soft for us. Plus the different sized base/matresses made it a bit wobbly and uncomfortable to get out of!

The location was great, only a 5 or 10 minute walk to the main town centre, not far from the coast, food was amazing, providing us with some essentials for when we arrived, parking was very close to the house, only about a 30 second walk down the road. Lovley hosts, very welcoming, always understanding of coming back late, & always checking up on how we are enjoying the stay & accommodation. We felt very welcome, would recommend for anyone.

The uphill walk, was the only thing we didn't like, no issues with the room or building. Parking was a little bit difficult since it was an open road but we seemed to always find a space, so no issues there.
