Very comfortable, tastefully decorated accommodation & thoughtful, relaxed & friendly hosts. I had to visit Falmouth for business reasons and took the opportunity to take a walk down memory lane having lived there many years ago. I needed a base to operate from for a few days & Magnolia House Guest Suites not only met my requirements, but exceeded my expectations entirely. The suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a solid WiFi connection which was more than capable of handling a few MS Teams conference calls, access and use of office 365 and the streaming of radio/podcasts/netflix. The owners Leonie and Neil were very friendly, relaxed and informal. Their commitment to maintaining a low carbon footprint is admirable and it is clear that they are genuinely trying to address this, unlike large hotels who claim to do so, but rather obviously don't. In terms of pricing, the rates were affordable and considering all of the above value for money was excellent. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and came away feeling that I had actually made some new friends.

There are no negative aspects I can think of.
