Location was great and the breakfast was lovely

The only thing I would say was that the layout for me was not ideal but our host and facilities were great she was very friendly and kind and went above and beyond to help with anything .

"A sleepless night."

Early check in and a friendly host

On a very busy noisy street. it is two rooms with a separate bathroom and these are connected by the in-use entry hall to the house- it's not a self-contained apartment in any way. There is no kitchen or quiet. Random bits of furniture. A damp smell. Maybe the busiest road used by trucks and motorbikes in Falmouth..24 hours a day. The provided mask and earplugs were little help.

Our stay at Magnolia House was lovely. Leonie is an excellant host very accomadating. The location is very good 10mins walk to Falmouth town and about 15 mins walk to the beach. Would definately stay again.

"The Great Accommodation 👍"

Magnolia Accommodation is an amazing place for families and friends. Leonie and Neil are extremely friendly and they are full of positivity. The rooms are always clean when we come back from one of our trips. Every day in the morning Leonie brought us delicious fresh croissants , inside the mini fridge we could find the things we needed for our breakfast 😋. Mattresses were comfortable and we had the quietits 10 nights ever not even a single sound was heard. Great location approximately 10 minutes walk from town centre and we never had a problem with parking space. I'm strictly recommend that you go visit Magnolia Accommodation, good value for money 💰

"Lovely place to stay in Falmouth!"

Leonie was really helpful and kind. The house was very clean. Leonie also provides a variety of really useful amenities (shampoo, shower gel...). The breakfast, served every day, was delicious and generous. We did really enjoy our stay there. Highly recommended! ¡Gracias, Leonie!

Great location and easy to find, perfect for what we needed.
