Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Near Airport & Pashupatinath

Staff really nailed it! They were so kind and nice every time we needed something. The building is modern and clean and so were the rooms! The hotel’s restaurant has really good food! Delicious and really good prices in case is your first day and you are really tired to explore dinner at hotel is a great choice!

Location a bit far from city center such as dourbar or tramel but if you do a map of places to visit (Buddha Stupa, Dourbar Square, Pashupatinah temple) is right in the center to all of them! So I wont say is a problem, plus airport is just a few minutes away!

Expensive stay still fine but food is overrated.

Location was the maian reason why I booked this hotel it was very close to Pashupati temple. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They communicated well to book transport from and to the airport.

The young staff in the restaurant/bar were very lovely, as were the reception and housekeeping staff. Good location for the airport and Pashupati temple.

Overall the hotel was ok, there are a few things that stood out that don't align with their 4 star rating. For example, our room had an odd smell, we think either from a sewage issue or the room having been unused for a long time. There was also a black stain on the bedding which should have been very obvious to housekeeping. Also, we requested for some laundry to be done, we were told to take it down to reception where they pulled it out of the laundry bags to count it all in front of us which was very uncomfortable considering some of the laundry was underwear etc. The young staff in the restaurant/bar were very lovely, as were the reception and housekeeping staff. The staff, who we assume were managers as they were in suits and giving instruction to other staff members, were very unfriendly. Usually managers greet guests but these managers never smiled or said hello and sometimes looked at us as though we didn't belong there. Perhaps it was coming out of their busy season but this certainly isn't a 4 star hotel from what we experienced. That being said, good location for the airport and Pashupati temple.
