Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Near Airport & Pashupatinath

The whole service pick up, the staff and rooms were excellent. I was there for just one night. But I had a nice tasty dinner in the restaurant and restful sleep

All was fine. Maybe a little noise from some guests shouting in and out of their rooms.

Excellent service. Friendly and caring staff

On a narrow road which was being paved when we were there. Too close to a major road and cremation grounds from where foul smell may reach the hotel.

Anil (the manager of the hotel) was incredible! We had a large group of 20 people/10 rooms and he handled all sorts of details and special requests for us. The customer service of the hotel all around is fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

Neat & Clean

Water smells bad.

Near the airport, newly built, good location and assisted with late check in.

Staff lacking attention to detail, didn’t assist with luggages initially, dirty bedsheets, floor full of dust and not cleaned. Staff gave a key card to us and asked to access it ourselves, tried twice and asked assistance again. The receptionist didn’t bother coming up to assist and said the keys should work now. Tried again and then the receptionist sent another staff up and the staff informed us that the room is occupied by somebody else. Then, they took us to another room which was not cleaned, full of dust everywhere on the floor, wet floor mat and the bedsheets were full of stain marks and dirty. After requesting to change the bedsheets, they moved us to another room which was moderately better.

Food was great, they never hesitated when i asked for multple serving for saute vegies :-).

rooms are bit small

So much of internal construction noise in Hotel.

Roof top restaurant was awesome with nice city view . One can view flights landing and take off

Breakfast was good. With many variety of choices. Good room service. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Location is also near the airport and other areas of interests.
