GBThe apartment was perfect, we couldn’t of chose a better place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Would 100% recommended this place for small groups!
GBThe space
We loved everything
AURecently renovated, clean, secure, washing machine, good sized fridge/freezer, effective heaters, close to railway/buses and short walk to shops, old town, museums etc. two shopping centres and a Witherspoon handy.
Secure door handle fiddly, seedy street with noisy pub close by, entrance next to deserted shop not immediately obvious, tap combo so wobbly I was afraid it would break, no plug in main kitchen sink, I only had iPlayer because previous tenant still signed in, dreary outlook
GBLovely apartment with lots of room and a very comfy bed
The TV was broken when we arrived and the coffee table was unusable. The lamp on the left side of our bed had nowhere to plug in so it wasnt really useful.
NLThis apartment was exceptional. The outer part of the building as well as the surrounding buildings do not look anything like how it looks inside. I describe it as a vintage body with a stylishly modern soul. The rooms were immaculate, tidy, and spacious; the beds were large, soft, and super comfortable; the lighting was bright, sufficient, and well placed; the staff were responsive, cheerful, and empathetic, and the interior design was minimalistic, thoughtful, and colour-blended. The attention to detail showed the amount of care given to maintaining the place. Little things such as how the bathroom fixtures were all quadrilaterals, such as the bathtub, mirror, cupboard, and even the toilet seat; how the bedrooms have dark oak accents across things, such as the reading table, chairs, wall panels, and even cloth hangers; and how the kitchen have light green cabinets, and when my electric kettle got defective, they replaced it swiftly with a light green variant. These little things indeed are what give the apartment a meaning - a transformation from just an apartment to the feeling of home. You have one very satisfied customer here, and if anything brings me to Hull again, be rest assured that I will go nowhere else. Other service providers should learn from your playbook, especially those in London. Thank you for the wonderful service. Please do not relent in ensuring that such quality of service never drops. Cheers
If the building had an elevator, it would have been so awesome. This is especially for carrying large boxes up the stairs. However, I do understand the constraints of the service provider as this may not fall under their jurisdiction
GBIt was a little hard to understand the instructions and use the door key code, which we had never seen or used before- it took several attempts to get in. I would have been a little anxious by myself as we arrived from a very long journey late at night in the centre of Hull, however, between all 3 of us we worked it out.
nothing in the apartment, but perhaps the location could be a little worrying for some not used to city life.
