The sofa wasn’t the same like on picture. No shower gel The pillowcase was dirty
GBLocation is good as it’s a short walk into the town centre and it looked quite clean with good kitchen facilities.
Customer service was very poor. Shower taps were broken rendering the water too hot to use. Contacted property manager who responded once but never bothered again. We had to resort to using a kitchen bowl to fetch water to bathe. This ultimately ruined our stay; such a horrible experience!

Presentation from the outside is daunting when you first arrive. Once inside its a very nice apartment. The front pathway leading up to the apartment has alot of rubbish left. There was alot of wheelie bins full up to the top, 8 in total. The garden gate with the code was broken and doesnt lock either needs repairing.

GBSuch a good stay. Spacious and comfortable with space to store bikes outside. Comfy beds and clean apartment everything I could ask for. Even had a charging cable provided which was a life saver since I forgot to bring a phone charger on my trip. Could have cooking oil provided that would be nice.

- The property was not cleaned to a good enough standard and a pair of used underwear were left in the bedroom. - Pictures do not match what you get furniture was stained and dated. - The shower is small. - The property is filled with mould and smells damp. - The floor is extremely damaged and dangerous. - The fridge makes a loud noise. - The layout is awkward and not well designed. - The kitchen lacked utensils and dishes. - There were exposed pipes in kitchen and bathroom. - The standard of work was extremely low and unfinished. - The property had no privacy as the skylight had no blinds meaning light flooded into the whole property early morning. - The property had one radiator which did not heat the whole place. - Music was heard throughout the night from neighbours. - Staff/ owners did not reply or support with any of my enquiries. - The entrance gate was constantly open. There are numerous issues with this property and please read before you book.
