The hosts were incredibly helpful. Location was great. Extremely polite and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The lobby and room were stunning, the staff was very friendly, and very good restaurants and bars were within walking distance. This was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing!

Check-in and check-out instructions were vague. We ended up outside of the wrong building at check-in (there's another building with the same address, just half a block over). Check-out was easy and casual; it just wasn't initially apparent if we needed to do anything special.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped with every request, making sure that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfect. The hotel's unique charm and warm ambiance added an extra layer of romance to the whole experience. The room was beautiful, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city while still maintaining a sense of seclusion and privacy. I can't recommend this boutique hotel enough for anyone looking for a memorable and special getaway in CDMX. It was an experience that I will cherish forever, and I am so grateful to the hotel and its staff for making it all possible.

Great room. Feels like you leave at somebody’s home.

Poor breakfast. And ladies who does it are almost always late. Sometimes I had to skip it as I had scheduled meetings in the morning. This was not comfortable.

The building and rooms were absolutely lovely. Very stylish decor. The breakfast was great, wish we had the recipe for the green sauce with the chilaqiiles. Montse was so friendly and helpful. She recommended some great places to visit, eat and drink. Top marks to Montse for being such a brilliant host.

We didn't have any issues whatsoever. The stay was great and at a fantastic hotel.
