The location is ideal.

Very small bedroom. No storage. No front desk. Very loud water system.

Great breakfast, great room with amazing balcony. Perfect location in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay. Only has 5 rooms and is very peaceful. We stayed on the top floor which was warmer but had ac. Our terrace was really nice. The interior was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Very responsive to texts and flexible to check in check out.

Loved the suburb and the boutique hotel and breakfast was fabulous. The hosts were fabulous at communication and helpful for advice on dinners/transport. The location is great and quiet with great restaurants just across the way

Amazing location, lovely staff and a bath... which was very rare. We loved the enormous bed, the design is wonderful and elegant and it was close to parks, restaurants, bars.

Whilst the breakfast was good for the fruit and pastries, the cooked elements and coffee could be better. Would have been lovely to get some fresh coffee and eggs were a little lacking.
