Quiet location-room outfitted with luxury amenities. Excellent staff-supportive in all ways. Complete breakfast made to order.

No AC in room. Fan provided but room still warm.

"A comfortable, peaceful place well situated in beautiful, tree-lined La Condesa"

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed and clean. The location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and cantinas in the lovely La Condesa neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and accommodated any need we had during our 5 night stay, and the breakfast each morning was ample.

Our room faced the street, so there was a bit of traffic/pedestrian noise at night when the bars emptied out. But it wasn't constant and it was easy to fall back asleep. There were too many great places to eat and drink nearby...we didn't have enough time to hit them all.

"Elegant and oh-so comfortable space in a beautiful neighborhood."

What a beautiful place! Neat as a pin and the staff know how to ensure the little touches that make the stay luxurious. Stylish and comfortable and oh so quiet. So many great restaurants and boutiques nearby. The tub in my room was absolutely glorious and the others appear to have the same- a recuperative bath was essential after a day full of exploring the City.

I’ve sat here for a few minutes and I honestly cant think of a single thing.

"Nice boutique property in Condesa"

The excellent bedding, the Nespresso machine (although the refillable capsules quality need to be upgraded), the beautiful closet/toilet area.

The balcony (if you can call it that, 1 person can barely stand in it)

"Wonderful in so many ways."

The location and hotel were amazing, however what made it incredibly special was the manager -- Montese. I had an unexpected health issue and she went above and beyond. She made what could have been a terrible experience -- one of the most memorable I've ever had.
