Cozy Downtown Apartment

Location is perfect

Incredibly thin floors and noisy neighbours. Parking is terrible so have park in different street. Shower could do with an upgrade. Wifi is slow so had to use my own phone as a hotspot for streaming.

How cozy it felt, light and airy Very welcoming would recommend

As the name suggests, the space was genuinely cozy and spotless. It felt just like being at home, thanks to the availability of all the essential amenities. The property owner was quick to respond to messages, making communication smooth and effortless.

The bedroom curtains did not fully cover the windows, the standing fans were noisy when oscillating, and the bathroom extractor fan was not functioning effectively.

This is a nice bright apartment with a huge kitchen, two good size bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

A shared entry door for flats cannot legally be locked in a way that requires a key from the inside for escape, especially if it doubles as a fire exit. I don't believe that this building complies with the fire regulations. Although there are two double beds and a bed settee in the flat, there are only two chairs at the dining table. The crockery also stretches to two, three or four people depending if you want a bowl or a plate. There is a freestanding rack with hangers in one bedroom and a chair in each but other than that there is a general lack of shelves, hooks and tables for putting things on . Some maintenance issues are also evident. An emergency light is hanging down and the bathroom fan is incomplete and noisy. Although the property is advertised with on site parking there is only on road parking and then only if you are lucky enough to find a space.
