Basement Bliss Hideaway

I would like my refund as i left the apartment within one hour. I have severe anxiety and the room smelt very bad of weed

Lovely stay, everything was exceptional

Next door people were having a party until 3am with loud music and constant talking Getting in was annoying as the key box had nothing inside and apartment's weren't labelled properly outside. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Ideal and cheap

Not sure how to explain the poor conditions of this place we booked a double room with 2 single beds and 2x sofa beds kid u not the place had stains on the floor very fresh wet stains the sofa bed was a riot had stain and when opened omg we couldn't stop gagging it had hair crumbs wet markings the duvets had blood stains stunk like hell phone the service number the lady kept apologising we asked for clean duvets and pillows so we can sleep but no1 came to drop off anything my advice to anyone booking take your own duvet pillows mybe even disinfectant wipes the place is very unkempt if covid had a face it would of been that

Nothing at all the property was very dirty and dusty the duvet stunk of urine so did the bathroom and living room

Nothing at all was good at the property i had 2 children with me and this property stank of urine and drugs
