every thing was dirty, I sent pictures to a member in your team and they ignored what I had said. Never heard anything back. Stains everywhere and ash was stuck to the bottom of cups everything was very dusty and we had a baby with us, we couldn’t even put her down. A horrible place to stay never again as the matter never got dealt with.

"It’s good for the money but just need new beds etc"

It looked nice as you walked in

On arrival we checked the place out for any damages the tv was smashed There was no toiletries including toilet roll Someone had used the toilet and not flushed it We sat on the bed and fell threw it they was all damaged The place deffo needs doing fully out
