This was genuinely one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. Before we even stepped foot inside, the padlock holding the key had already been opened and the key was missing — so we were locked out, in the rain, for over an hour, sat on dirty benches covered in bird poo, desperately calling customer service at least ten times. Half the time we got cut off or dumped into voicemail, and not once did anyone actually help us. When we finally got in, the apartment looked nothing like the photos. It was dark, dingy, and felt neglected — gloomy lighting, stained beds pushed together when they were shown apart in the listing, dirty walls with scuff marks like someone had hosted a wild party the night before, and not a single one of the “extras” from the photos: no tea, coffee, sugar, bedside tables, hangers, mirrors, candles, wine glasses, soap, or even a full duvet set. One lamp didn’t even have a shade. The sofa had cigarette burns, the radiator was literally held to the wall with a dish rack, and half the dining chairs were broken or wobbly. The sofa bed and main bed were both so uncomfortable we barely slept. We couldn’t even cook properly because the gas kept randomly switching off, and when we tried to wash the already filthy cutlery, the washing-up liquid had been so watered down it was practically just tap water. And as if that wasn’t enough, the Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host gave us the wrong password — we had to call again just to get online. Everything about this place screamed neglect and false advertising. It was a total scam compared to what was shown online, and honestly, it felt like the kind of place that gets cleaned only when the next guest complains. Avoid it at all costs.

I mean the rooms were alright bathroom room was nice

Dirty towels dirty bed sheets / stained broken TV WiFi wouldn't work the beds not that comfy

There was nothing to like throughout the stay. Terrible service.

1 - The lock box code did not work and we had to wait long time in the outside with kids shivering in cold. 2 - 2nd code provided over the phone for another lock box did not work either. 3 - We booked the room and paid for 4 people but there was bedding for only 2 people. 4 - No bedding was provided despoite of multiple messages to the property. 5 - We were promised that beddings would be provided the next day but nothing was provided for 2nd night stay despote of reminders all day along. 6 - Very careless owners with poor customer service. 7 - The dirty bunch of long hair were found with next to boiler with extremley dirty duvet which was reported with photo but it was not cleaned even next day. 8 - Chance was given to the propety owner to put things right and compensation for the inconveneicne but they were not bothered at all. 9 - This property should be removed from Booking.com to keep its credibitity.

Dirty none of the applicants worked couldn't get InTouch with anyone fobs kept going missing from key safe no bedding dirty pots in dishwasher when we arrive

I didn't like the basement area and they doesn't have cold water only hot like boiling water in shower so i didn't take shower there!!!! Carpets was dirty , kitchen wardrobe oily,no washing liquid for plates, dirty walls, neighbours slammed door late at morning time always there was not soap or shampoo or anything and broken single beds!!!
