"it was loud in the other rooms, loud music at silly hours, it was so hard to check in as the pin for the doors never wor"

nothing it was absolutely filthy

it was dirty and when we checked in there was 1 pillow missing from a bed and no extra ones, it was broken the bed and the walls had poo smothered on them, carpet looked like someone has ejaculated on it, it was so horrible i can’t even begin to go into more detail

"Uncomfortable stay"

The bed was so uncomfortable it hurt my back for a few days, springs was sticking out and the mattress was ripped had to sleep on the sofa in the end. Location was ok though and ideal for me and my partner When we walked in it wasn’t clean to the best it could be, something on the carpets which stained my socks and crumbs all over the sofa I presume from previous people.

"Awful. For the five minutes we were there two guys kept knocking on the door saying it was there apartment. There was no"

Nothing we got there and we left. I requested a refund as it was unsafe and unsanitary.

The fire extinguisher was hanging off the ceiling. It was grimy and dirty. There were no duvet covers for the pull out beds or pillows.
