Its totally waste of money beds was not comfortable they gave broken furniture broken shower my stay was for 4 dats first 2 days i had to call 4 times a day for fob key or many little things still i don’t get my deposit back

"Terrible- stay away"

Nothing. We got there and the place hadn’t even been cleaned for us arriving. It took us 40 minutes to even enter the property. Was such a faff trying to get into it as you need a magnet to get in and out and it wasn’t in any of the locks. There was an egg in the kettle. Asked staff to move apartments for us, which they did. It was ridiculous from start to finish

"Stressful and hard work not a break away like we intended"

the property itself self is bad no access in and out they give you broken fobs that doesn’t even work the door sometimes we had to stand out side for over half a hour just to get let into First property we walked into was a shit while we paid 300 pound inc deposit for this ans tv was on floor WiFi wasn’t working kitchen was a mess food and crums everywhere we didn’t pay all this money to sit and do nothing we rang up and explained and they changed us rooms and we throught end off that story then but no got into the second room at 10 at night we watch tv and went bed next day we acc realised how messy and all the furniture was broken people ashing in candles and WiFi still not working We rang up and the women on the phone was very sound she apologised and said she will pass this onto the property manager this was all Friday and we’re now in Sunday and still no issues sorted

We were really looking forward to our stay, especially as we had a fantastic experience here previously. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. On arrival, we were unable to access the building due to not being provided with a fob, and the key code for the apartment was incorrect. It took over an hour to get a response from the property to resolve this issue. Once inside, we discovered there were no cups or glasses provided, and the shower was broken. We contacted the property again, and while they apologised and assured us someone would come the following day to deliver the missing items and fix the shower, no one ever arrived. We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday, and as we check out now, none of the promised issues have been addressed. The lack of response and follow-through was incredibly disappointing, especially given how much we had enjoyed our previous stay. This experience has sadly changed our perception of the property.
