Museum Residence Oxford

Location is good and check in instructions received almost immediately. The shared kitchen area/dining space is nice.

Size of the room is not proportionate to the cost of the room and there is no mobile phone signal. I didn’t get my slippers that were advertised and, when I messaged about this, I received no response.

Entrance was hard to locate. Access to the room was then via a very narrow steep circular staircase which I managed with some discomfort, but had my partner been with me he would not have been able to manage and I don't see how I could have got a largish suitcase up there.

The location, the cleanliness and comfort were very good. Free hot drinks, kitchen facility and fridge in the kitchen area.

There was a constant loud humming noise, presumably a boiler or heating system.

Was not provided with information to get in and no one answered the phone, stuck outside for a long time and had to get another hotel to stay in

Really nice staff and design with a lovely kitchen

Bit foo pricey for very old building.

I didn't know that it is not a proper hotel, there is a pincode, the entrance was absolutely difficult to find in an alley and eventually I didn't go there. This is not a hotel and it should have been highlighted better.
