"Ruime kamer centraal in Oxford"

De kamer was zeer ruim en door de verschillende dakramen erg licht. Alles was keurig schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Duidelijke instructies over hoe bijv. de dakramen te verduisteren. Locatie is top: midden in het centrum van Oxford, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was erg rustig; geen geluid van buiten te horen.

Het was wat zoeken naar waar precies de ingang te vinden was. Er gingen diverse e-mails vooraf aan mijn verblijf, en op de dag zelf heb ik er een ontvangen met uitleg over de precieze locatie, al zag ik deze e-mail pas toen ik de ingang niet kon vinden. Je loopt een steeg in, kunt daar een deur binnen die op een kier staat en vervolgens kun je je kamer opzoeken en met een unieke code de deur openen. Enigszins onpersoonlijk, maar werkt prima.

The cleaner was helpful and sweet

The residence was overbooked and we were not notified until 5pm when our check-in time was 3:30pm. We were so confused because earlier that week, we asked if we could come in earlier to drop our bags off and the host confirmed that was fine. On the day of the check-in the host didn't pick up any of our calls and also told us that she does not recall confirming anything with me. We essentially got kicked out and had to be reallocated.

"A real gen in the heart of Oxford, which has been beautifully equipped and very reasonably-priced"

It was beautifully appointed and well thought-out, down to the bathroom design and the placement of WiFi codes. Totally wonderful location and a real gem. And very quiet too!

Only one thing, they it took a few minutes to work out where the entrance was.

"Good value for short stay in central Oxford"

Location..so central and quiet for the centre of Oxford. Cost...reasonable for Oxford. Staff ..very responsive Additional facilties in kitchen area. Bed extremely comfy I didn't find entrance scary as a female travelling alone. Would use again... I knew it would be snug but had a desk so could do a work call and somewhere to hang clothes

On arrival it was too hot but staff very helpful... Would have been useful to know how to turn off bathroom towel rail...it's supposed to be easy to find switch according to reviews but I couldn't.... Prefer to be more in control of heat...
