Wonderful family run hotel. Great location, wonderful service. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent quality. We felt very welcomed and take care of while staying at the hotel.

Zauberhaftes kleines Ryokan mitten im Stadtteil Gion. Im größten Touristentrubel darf man plötzlich in einem versteckten Eingang in eine andere Welt eintauchen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles japanisches Essen.

Unser Zimmer war nicht groß und es gibt lagebedingt keinen Ausblick. Hat keinen Onsen

"Amazing stay that was very relaxing and comfortable with incredible food."

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bath was great to soak and relax in. The dinner and breakfast was impeccable. The service was also fantastic, the staff were very friendly and accommodating for us. The ryokan also has a wonderful lounge downstairs to grab some coffee and do some work in or relax in.
