Nearchou Boutique Hotel

A gorgeous hotel with gorgeous rooms in a gorgeous part of town. It is family run and the owner, his son, and his wife couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. We booked several rooms for a friend’s wedding and after our 4 night stay, we felt like part of the family! The breakfast was included which is such a rarity in this day and age and it couldn’t have been more wonderful - real Greek yogurt with a selection of seeds, real Cretan pastries, and eggs of your choice cooked to order. We had a few dietary requirements between us and they accounted for all of them. The rooms were equipped with everything you might need - including things most hotels wouldn’t have thought of (scales for your luggage, a black flannel to remove make up, and vitally, for a wedding party, a clothes steamer) we were always going to have fond memories of the wedding, but now we will forever have such fond memories of this hotel, Babis, George, and Tammy - thank you. We hope that one day we will have the opportunity to stay here again.

There was only one issue - the way the rooms are categorised on booking . Com - I had purposefully booked a more expensive room expecting a better view - instead our room was identical to the one I booked for my friend. I found this frustrating. However, the experience we had at the hotel made up for this completely. In future I would re categorise the rooms to make sure people receive the room they thought they were booking - or, simply, charge the same price for every room.

Das Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig.

Ein außergewöhnliches, tolles Hotel. Das Personal und der Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Wer hier was zu Meckern hat, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen.

Nichts

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Hotel. Schon beim Empfang waren wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit und dem außergewöhnlichen Design des gesamten Hauses. Unser Zimmer ein Traum! Jeden Morgen zum Frühstück eine freundliche Begrüßung von "Tammy", die mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin den absoluten Überblick hatte und jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Vielen Dank dafür!! Wenn möglich, würden wir eine höhere Punktzahl vergeben! Wir können dieses Boutique Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Boutique-hôtel neuf, très belle déco, matériaux de qualité. Très bonne odeur dans les chambres. Chambre (203) très bien insonorisée, nous avions l'impression d'être seules dans l'hôtel. Personnel attentionné et charmant. On se sent VIP. Excellent petit déjeuner , servi à table sur le modèle des "tea time" des palaces parisiens. Composé principalement de spécialités crétoises (sucrées et salées), jus d'orange pressé, yaourt, etc... Cela nous a permis de découvrir de très bons produits locaux. L'hôtel est à 10 mn à pieds de la vieille ville et à 10-15 minutes de la petite plage de Koum Kapi. La gare routière est également à 10mn ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans l'île ou aller à l'aéroport.

La partie "chambre" est un peu petite mais grande salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre (douche et wc séparés). Il manque un peu d'intimité quand on sort de la douche. Heureusement il y a les peignoirs ! La chambre (203) n'est pas très lumineuse (la fenêtre donne sur une ruelle). Cela nous a déçues en arrivant, mais finalement ça s'est révélé être un avantage car nous étions au calme (la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue passante).
