The best part of our stay was without a doubt the hotel team. From the very first moment, they made us feel like part of a family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care for every guest were truly exceptional. Nothing ever felt forced – they sincerely wanted everyone to feel comfortable and happy. Every request was fulfilled with a smile, and they were always there whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself was beautifully designed: modern, stylish, and incredibly thoughtful. Every detail seemed to have a purpose, and every corner of the room was carefully planned. We never missed a thing – everything we could possibly need was already there. I have traveled extensively around the world, but I have rarely felt so genuinely welcomed and personally cared for. The combination of authentic hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made this stay truly unique and unforgettable.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. If anything, leaving at the end of our stay was the hardest part.

Das kleine Hotel (6 Doppelzimmer, 1 Suite) liegt ruhig, ca. 10 Fussminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und entsprechen genau der Ausschreibung. Der Service ist herausragend und familiär. Es gibt ein individuelles Frühstück nach Wünschen des Gastes serviert. Wir können das Hotel in vollem Umfang empfehlen und kommen bei unserer nächsten Kreta-Reise auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.

A new, very nice and calm hotel close to the old town (a few minutes walk). George and his team do a great job to make their guests feel comfy. To breakfast in their lovely garden atrium. As a city hotel for Chania a top recommendation (day trips by car, and in the evening no need to take the car)

Beautiful boutique hotel, the room is compact but comfortable, very easy to reach the center by foot.

We had a nice breakfast, however it would be better and less waste to ask us what we would like to eat, rather than giving us all those different option choices that we hardly didn’t eat. But it was a nice touch and something different! We will definitely come back here when we visit Chania again! Thanks

Sehr schöne und moderne bzw. neue Unterkunft. Sie ist schön gelegen, sodass man fußläufig in die Altstadt von Chania kommt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns sehr viele Ausflugstips gegeben. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Zimmer sehr cozy.

Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür!

I honestly don't know where to start with my praise for this hotel. Communication with Tammy was excellent from start to finish. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and even helped organize our excursions prior to our arrival. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Old Town, but after a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to come back to the peace and quiet of our room and the hotel in general. It was obvious that so much thought and care had gone into creating a sense of well-being - comfy beds and linens, upscale toiletries, right down to the aroma as soon as you came through the door. And the breakfast! It was over the top, with so many choices and all of them delicious, served to your table in the atrium restaurant. And then there were the excursions. We were lucky to have George, one of the owners, escort us all over Chania. Nothing was too much of a problem for him and we so enjoyed his company. We loved everything about our stay at Nearchou and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It was our first stay on a three-week trip around the Greek Isles and they set the bar incredibly high.
