Incredible location. We rented all three rooms so had the villa to ourselves. Ali and Frania were great hosts. Breakfast included and the BBQ’d an amazing steak dinner for us on the second night. I sprained my ankle as we arrived so spent much of my time in be. The rest of my group had an awesome time. They even sent someone out for tensor bandages and crutches for me. The crutches came from Managua, several hours away. The view, service and property itself were amazing. And 7 morkies looking after us? Who could ask for more

Not the property at all. Nothing bad. Just medical facilities are a couple hours away. Property and team were awesome

A piece of paradise overlooking one of the most picturesque beaches on the San Juan del Sur coast. Ali and Frania have curated a space and an experience that will make you want to come back again and again. What you see in pictures is exactly what you see in person. What you don't see in the pictures is the easy beach access. Its just a few feet from the front gate down a short walkway. You can go for a beach walk at any time. Or you could just kick back in the infinity pool with 2 Nica lagers and simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf as it washes the Pacific into the beach with surfers in tow. Breakfast is varied and flexible. Typical Nicaraguan or typical American. Or whatever or however you like your breakfast. It's only 4 or 5 rooms in the villa so it is never crowded or rushed. For dinner, you can walk down the beach to the beach restaurants and cafes. The offerings there are varied and reasonable. Or you can arrange a taxi to go into the town for more options (but almost no one wants to leave the property.). Or order in. In short, the place has all you need for a perfect stay.

The hot water pressure was somewhat low in our room. Once we brought it to Ali's attention he was on it right away. Fixed it the same day.👍

Everything about the experience was perfect, and we highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a romantic and relaxing escape. We can’t wait to come back!
