Ali & Frani have created a wonderful, welcoming experience. It's an amazing setting and everything is thoughtfully designed to maximize the experience.

Luxurious beach house with unbeatable view of the little bay. Direct beach access, good food nearby and friendly staff. Secure parking.

Everything was like a dream! Ali was so accommodating and friendly. The design is exquisite, every detail simplistic, functional, streamlined, and open to create an oasis in which to enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean and still have comforts of luxury. The food was delicious, beds so comfortable, view out of this world. I am already planning to go back.

Little rough drive but worth it.

Truly exceptional experience across all dimensions. You're less than a minute away from a beautiful sand beach where you can hang out or surf. In the afternoons you have a perfect view of the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. The facilities are in amazing conditions and in general the house looks like it is from an architecture magazine. You wake up in the early morning from the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. All in all just an incredible experience. The two things I'd like to highlight specifically: 1. Ali and Frania (the hosts) have been incredibly nice and helpful. Whenever I needed something they got it organized within less than an hour and always had helpful advice and recommendations. Their staff is great as well. 2. I worked remotely from the property for the entire week and that worked out super smoothly and seamlessly. The rooms are equipped with a desk and the internet is super fast (probably faster than what I have in my apartment in New York). Electricity and the internet also continued working when the village itself experienced an outage (happened 1-2 times briefly during my stay). All in all, I highly recommend staying with Ali and Frania, it's going to be one of those positive and special experiences that stay with you for a while

Nothing really noteworthy

The flamingo experience was more than we had planned for. It was amazing truly amazing great staff great location only good things to say about and will be back.

This place is a hidden gem, a great oasis! It's a new facility, so you can feel the freshness. The decor is modern, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is fabulous. The VIEW from the room is otherworldly! There are not too many people or buildings in and around the lagoon, which makes this place ever more attractive if you are looking for a relaxed vacation, where the whole beach is qll yours. Ali is an amazing guy who is always available to answer any question you may have. He treats everyone like a family. Having been to 125 countries and stayed in thousands of places, I can definitely say this is one of the greatest properties I have been to.

The owner has quite a few dogs, so if you are a dog lover, you will enjoy them too, as they live on the property. However, if you are resisting pets, they might be a bit invasive. They don't bark, and Ali makes sure they are not around you if he feels you don't want them. I saw one dog chill in the pool once, which is why I didn't get to use the pool at all.

The construction & dirt roads leading to the property. It’s nobody’s fault… it would make the travel better once it’s finished.

We had an amazing time at Flamingo Experience and consider it one of our favourite accommodations we’ve stayed in. Frania and Ali have thought of everything to make your vacation feel fun, relaxing, and easy. The property itself along with its location right on playa Remanso is gorgeous. We couldn’t stop taking videos and photos of the view, especially at sunset. The food was also exceptional. The free breakfast was delicious and on top of that, Ali cooked for us and some other guests twice - we did a steak/tuna night and a kebab night. He also made delicious cocktails throughout our stay and was always available to book us taxis to go to San Juan Del Sur or Playa Maderas and arranged a day out on a boat for us as well. Wouldn’t change a thing and would love to come back!
