What a beautiful location and amazing house. The host is so nice … I had a great time

Everything was just perfect

It's a little gem! Spectacular view from our room, the pool and decks. It is private and quiet. The friendly owner acts as concierge and bartender. The property is fairly new, and the rooms are modern and well thought out.

There's a very steep hill you have to get down to arrive at the house. Not a problem just be aware

Proximity to the beach is unparalleled. View from the main floor and our room (2) was breathtaking. Breakfast was included and delicious. Lots of little details were thought out to make the stay pleasant. Simple dining options were just a short walk on the beach to several beach bars- no need to leave to town.

There is a house being build next door that might be a bit noisy during the day from construction but they stop early and soon the house will be done. The owners have 7 cute friendly dogs roaming the property so being a dog lover might be best.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews but in this case i felt i had to. Ali and his staff were absolutely amazing! On top of that the place he has built is one of a kind! Awesome atmosphere. Amazing view. Amazing beach. i dont think you can find anywhere else in SJDS this nice for the price. If you want to bunk up with 30 people and spend $10 a night you better go stay in town at a Hostel. If you want a high end experience with an overall amazing atmosphere that has everything you need, i cant recommend this place enough!! i would rate it higher than a 10 if i could!!
