"A fabulous country house experience that we loved!"

The most beautiful house. We were so disappointed not to be able to stay longer. It was just lovely, wonderful features throughout. House of dreams. Everything you could possibly ask for.

"amazing house/host and location"

the size of the house was amazing-even bigger than the photos portrayed. Lynette was great- sending messages and keeping in contact before we arrived, checking on arrival time etc. The garden and pool area was lovely, fabulous stoep outside for relaxing. Huge huge open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. Upstairs also huge with large bright bedrooms-plugs near to mirrors. Large bathroom with good powerful shower, always plenty of hot water. Huge garage to keep the car safe. Excellent location and easy to find just off the main Swellendam road with shops/restaurants etc. 5 mins in the car to Checkers and local shopping centre. One of the best things was we didn't even know when it was loadshedding-everything except the oven worked. All in all a fabulous find-excellent value for money, spotlessly clean and would happily stay again. Shame we were only there for 1 night.

Well appointed , great location, heater and wood burner for cold evenings. Lovely garden and pool.

Only toilet/ bathroom is upstairs via a twisty and quite steep wooden staircase. Whilst not a problem for us , this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.
