The loveliest owners and such a beautiful place! It was a real pleasure staying here — you can instantly tell that the people behind it pour their hearts into everything they do. We enjoyed every single moment and felt truly welcome and safe 🩷

We absolutely loved staying here! Elisabeth and Alex were really welcoming, and the rest of the staff simply wonderful. Delicious fresh breakfast, fruit, juice and coffee every morning to start the day right. Super comfy room and the best shower after a hot day at the beach! Everything about Kendwa Breeze Bungalows was brilliant and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The owners were amazing, they made us feel at home and recommended places to go and to eat which was great. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast was so good and everywhere was well maintained and clean. Only a 6 minutes walk to kendwa beach and 10 minutes in a taxi to Nungwi. We loved staying here!

We had such a great stay at Kendwa Breeze! It’s a really cozy and peaceful place, just a short walk from the stunning Kendwa Beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole vibe was super relaxing. But what really made our stay special was the staff – so friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming spot to unwind in Zanzibar, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely love this place, what a little piece of paradise it’s situated on a local street but through the door it’s a tranquil oasis. Not far to the beach, the owners Elisabeth & Alex are so kind and accommodating along with their dog Scoobie, if you need anything they will advise we have stayed at a few hotels along the way on our trip and this was by far the best breakfast, they really do have all the finer details perfect. Beautiful pool, I would not hesitate to come back and stay here again, it really was perfect. Thank you so much to you both and your wonderful staff, we will return.

The only thing was no A/C just a fan which I mentioned and they are looking to add this in time, the rest just outweighs this for me.
