"My Laos Trip 2024"

Hotel Staff "Danny" & "Timothee" were both friendly, helpful & lovely during my stay, good WiFi, close to Vientiane Night Market, BIG C convenient stores closeby, lots of restaurants/bars within short walking distance, very centralised to Vientiane City Centre.

It's quite a very old Hotel

There is little good to say about it, other than maybe the cheap beer?

We had booked a room with private bathroom, when we showed up our room wasn't available anymore and we were downgraded to shared bathroom. They gave us a discount on top of the cheaper room price, so that was kind, but the room was awful. Too small to move in and the bed had the worst roll together. The shared bathroom was ok but water all over the floor in the hallway overnight and in the morning. The whole place just felt seedy, didn't love it.

Literally everything else. Rooms are decrepit, breakfast is just toast and bananas, broken windows, ants...

Location

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My room was full of black mold and I got pain in my lungs after being in it. The hotel is dirty and run down. Holes and water damage in all of the walls and doors. Beds were saggy deformed mattresses. I had weird people hassling me and making me feel unsafe. If it wasn't late at night I would have left and found another hotel, this one needs lots of work to be safe to stay in. Booking should block them from their site.

Very Dirty, No heater, No tissue and bathroom is so smelly🤮🤢 They didn't check the room first before the guest check in. The hotel was too noisy..

The black man is so rude and racist. He didn't render a good quality of service. letting the guest operate the machine instead of him. How can people like this work in the hotel with this kind of attitude.
