Rainbow Hotel Vientiane

They were really friendly and even as we booked two nights it was okay that we just wanted one night.

The „free“ breakfast was toast and margarine with coffee, that‘s it. The facility was old and ugly. But all the Hotels and Hostels around were ugly. It feels like 20 years ago the city was nice to visit but not today anymore.

All I can say is the stuff’s really nice.

This was the worst hostel I stayed in my whole trip. Cannot explain how dirty it was, the rooms smell, first room we got was so dirty we couldn’t breath and they moved us voluntarily. Second room the toilet was broken and we had to show them and ask for another room. Third room we stayed in was super dirty- Toilet has never been cleaned and shows the shades of yellow all around it, sheets are not changed, the blanket doesn’t have a cover so obviously doesn’t gets cleaned too. And the power crushed every time we used the shower.
