I csnt complain about this property helpfull staff and security deposit was paid back before the 7 days listed nice tidy place a and value for money

The bed was nicely presented , but I've no idea if it was comfortable as we didn't stay the night.

Empty kitchen cupboards with only two plates,2 bowls, 2 mugs and 2 pint glasses..no wine glasses or tumblers. It was impossible to cook as the electric hob was cracked which made it unsafe to use, and there were very few utensils. It was impossible to eat a take away as there was only 2 knives, 2 spoons and 2 teaspoons, but the forks were missing. In the bedroom there was no wardrobe, no chest of drawers, and not even a chair to put clothes on. In the utility cupboard was the broken wardrobe, an ironing board but no iron, plus a broken hairdryer. The TV only works if you have a Netflix account or similar. We had expected to watch BBC or ITV that evening, not to sit in front of a blank screen. It was listed with a "city view" but in 2metres there was a roof that completely blocked the view. We left, and found superb accommodation at the Midland Hotel. We asked for some recompense due to the inadequacies of the flat but we received nothing. So, this "superior" flat in the "Manhattan Luxury Suites" was the opposite, and spoilt what was supposed to be a treat for my husband.
